Will I Get The Same Cleaner Every Week?


Regardless of the cleaning package you have chosen, you will have the same cleaner every week so you know exactly who is in your home. Should your cleaner be sick or on holiday, we will do our best to offer you a replacement cleaner (depending on the cleaning package you have selected). Please see our Packages page for details.

Will You Tie Me Into A Contract?


Here at God Save The Clean, we pride ourselves in our trust and flexibility and we've never felt the need to resort to contracts lengthy contracts. All we ask is that you give us 2 weeks notice should you no longer wish to continue with our services to give us time to allocate a new client to your cleaner.

Are Your Cleaners Fully Insured And Experienced?


All our cleaners are covered for public liability, personal injury and damage to your property and this is arranged directly by ourselves. Depending on the cleaning package you choose will depend on the level of experience of your cleaner but all come fully trained to our high standards before they are allocated to our clients. We also expect a high standard from our cleaners and as a result they get paid an above average wage. We also trial all our cleaners before an offer of employment is made.

How Do I Get Started With God Save The Clean?

One of our team members will come back to you the same day and look to arrange a face to face visit in your home to go through your requirements in detail and discuss the package best suited to your needs. All our quotes come with no obligation to go ahead with our services and are completely free. We offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments to fit around your commitments.

Can I Specify My Clean Day?


We will always endeavour to allocate your clean to your preferred day but this will depend on our availability at the time. For example Friday's are our busiest days and we may have a waiting list for clients wanting this day. We will always do our best.

What Happens If My Cleaner Is Sick Or On Holiday?


This will depend on the cleaning package you have chosen. In most cases you will be offered a replacement cleaner where available but please refer to our Packages page for further details. With our premium Platinum Package we guarantee a replacement cleaner or your next clean is free!

Do I Pay The Cleaner Directly Or God Save The Clean?


Many cleaning companies request that their clients pay a weekly amount to the business (SO or DD) and a separate amount in cash to the cleaner. We believe a cleaning service should be as hassle free as possible. Therefore you make a weekly or monthly payment direct to us and we pay your cleaner directly. Simple!

What Kind of Service Can I Expect From God Save The Clean?


We pride ourselves in offering a variety of flexible, high standard cleaning packages to suit all budgets and needs. We offer 3 levels of service from Silver (basic) to Platinum (premium) and all our packages come with a 100% guarantee on quality. If you're not 100% happy with your clean we will rectify for FREE. We also operate a proactive feedback service to ensure each clean is consistently up to standard.

What Cleaning Tasks Are Included In Your Packages?

 

Our cleaners are insured to carry out any housework you require (within reason) in the boundaries of your house. Please be aware that we are not insured for any work required outside of the home.

 

Your cleaning requirements will be discussed in detail during our visit to your home and a full worksheet listing these requirements will be drawn up and given to your cleaner in advance of your first clean.

 

We find this is a very effective way to ensure everyone knows what is expected for each clean plus our cleaners are experts at that extra attention to detail - it's the little extra detail such as bathroom towels being folded or the bed being made that really makes each clean personal.
